ODI Error "SnpScen does not exist" Exporting Work Repository from ODI 12c (Doc ID 2670014.1)

Symptoms

When exporting an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c work repository or performing a Smart Export that includes packages, the following error occurs:
