After ODSEE Bundle Patch "dsconf info" Command Showing 11.1.1.7.1 (Older Than Version Dsconf) (Doc ID 2670563.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.1.7.190716 version

After ODSEE bundle patch Dsconf info command showing 11.1.1.7.1 (Older than version dsconf)

We have applied ODSEE latest bundle patch 11.1.1.7.190716 after completing patching dsadm -V showing correct information as shown below but dsconf info showing as 11.1.1.7.1 (Older than version dsconf).
