Symptoms

After applying the OAM bundle patch 12.2.1.3.181213 the AdminServer starts successfully but the OAM admin console is not accessible. Access to the OAM console results in an http-404 page not found error. In the AdminServer diagnostic log the following errors are seen:

Installation of OAM bundle patch 12.2.1.3.181213 or any later 12.2.1.3.x bundle patch.
