Symptoms
- Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12c
- Unable to get secret key for MFA in offline mode
- Trying to setup MFA in offline mode.
- The Identity Profile "<IDS_PROFILE>" is setup in OAM Identity stores and both Adaptive Authentication Plugin and Module is configured to use it as the IdentityStoreRef value.
