New Content Profile Does Not Support "&" In The Display Label (Doc ID 2671383.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new content profile in WebCenter Content server 12c if the profiles display label contains an '&' it does not display correctly in the Check In form.

The new Check In profile with an "&" in the display label does not shows the complete name, it truncates everything after the "&".
