Symptoms

When attempting to access the Applications tile in the OIM self service console, a blank page is shown. The underlying error from this activity that is shown in the log file is the following:

Caused By: java.lang.SecurityException: Algorithm not allowable in FIPS140 mode: SHA1/RSA
  at com.rsa.cryptoj.e.cd.s(Unknown Source)
  at com.rsa.cryptoj.e.cc.a(Unknown Source)
