SecurityException: [Security:090398]Invalid Subject Error when Initial Context is Created (Doc ID 2672165.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a initial context for the server which is not available, we get a "NamingException: Couldn't resolve reference" which is expected.

Trying to recreate an initial context(second attempt), gives the below error despite the initial context in the first attempt returned a "Null", expectation is that the initial context should created when trying to connect an available server.
