Server Status Changed To "OVERLOADED" Even Though There Is Free Memory (Doc ID 2672169.1)

Symptoms

When "Free Memory Percent Low Threshold" is set to "30", the server status may change to "OVERLOADED" even though "Heap Free Percent" is not below "30".
