New WebVerifier User Can't See Batches and Can't Change Project And DB Job Settings (Doc ID 2672534.1)

When attempting to login to WebVerifier, a new user can't see any batches in the batch list and gets the error:

The project setting has not been configured yet. The batches cannot be opened with no project file configured.
Please switch to the application settings and select the project to open the documents with.

But when attempting to make changes via the Options menu and selects Settings, this message appears:

You do not have permission to change the WebVerifier settings, please contact your system administrator for further assistance.


This is a newly added user to the WFR project.
