Why is the JMS Server Name Prefixed to the JMS Server Log Name in WebLogic Server 12.2.1.x (Doc ID 2673111.1)

Symptoms

The JMS server name is prefixed to the JMS server log name in WebLogic Server 12.2.1.0 and later.
Even if the log file name is changed in the Admin Console, the actual file name is created with the prefix of the JMS Sever Name.
Similar to the following example:

{JMS Server Name}-jms.messages.log
