Reports Builder Not Saving Preferences (Doc ID 2673231.1)

Changes performed in the Reports Builder preferences are not saved after Builder restart.

Steps:

1. Open Reports Builder.

2. Go to Edit-->Preferences. Change any settings.

3. Restart the builder to see the changes are not saved permanently.
