Symptoms

Enabling the Framework Folders component adds the the AuthorDelete configuration variable to the config.cfg, and then sets the value to true.

On the Webcenter Content Native UI, Administration, Admin Server, Content Security page, the checkbox option to allow author to delete revision, is checked.
