Ogg v19.x Formatascii / OUTPUTFORMAT and PLACEHOLDERS incorrect results. (Doc ID 2673829.1)

Symptoms

Difference in behavior noticed between ogg v12.2.x and 19.x for COLS option

related to the PLACEHOLDERS parameter.

The PLACEHOLDERS parameter allows output a placeholder for missing columns.

However, there is a differences regarding the column name output between

"12.2" and "19.1".

For ex:

There are outputs for two cases below.

Using COLS (COL1,COL2,COL5) with PLACEHOLDERS with OGG 12.2

FORMATASCII, DELIMITER ',', NAMES, OP, NULLISSPACE, PLACEHOLDERS

Table SCHEMA.TABLE, COLS (COL1,COL2,COL5);

I,A,SCHEMA.TABLE,COL1,1,COL2,1000,COL3,,COL4,,COL5,'2020-03-02:10:34:37'

I,A,SCHEMA.TABLE,COL1,2,COL2,2000,COL3,,COL4,,COL5,'2020-03-02:10:34:37'

Using COLS (COL1,COL2,COL5) with PLACEHOLDERS with OGG 19.1

OUTPUTFORMAT TEXT, DELIMITER ',', NAMES, OP, NULLISSPACE ,PLACEHOLDERS

Table SCHEMA.TABLE, COLS (COL1,COL2,COL5);

I,A,SCHEMA.TABLE,COL1,1,COL2,1000,,,COL5,'2020-03-02:10:34:37'

I,A,SCHEMA.TABLE,COL1,2,COL2,2000,,,COL5,'2020-03-02:10:34:37'

The col3 and col4 name itself is not available .
