Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BPM 12.2.1.4 Workspace service is not available through Load Balancer

After updating to BPM 12.2.1.4.0, when attempting to log into BPM Workspace, the process fails and the Username/Password fields are blanked out again (with no errors reported).
 
The logs show the following exception
