Goldengate 19c OS User Makes OGG Processes Abend With OGG-15161 Error (Doc ID 2674493.1)

Goal

 From OS user id not able to start and stop the Extract/replicat process. 

Following are output from ggserr.log file.

2020-04-09T00:31:25.018-0400 INFO OGG-00987 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Teradata: GGSCI command (eu_as): start rcepic.
2020-04-09T00:31:40.098-0400 INFO OGG-00987 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Teradata: GGSCI command (eu_as): info rcepic.
2020-04-09T00:32:10.253-0400 INFO OGG-00987 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Teradata: GGSCI command (eu_as): info rcepic.
2020-04-09T00:32:10.336-0400 INFO OGG-00987 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Teradata: GGSCI command (eu_as): stop rcepic.
2020-04-09T00:32:10.339-0400 ERROR OGG-15161 Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Teradata: Could not initialize the connection with REPLICAT RCEPIC (Permission denied).
