Email Notification Subjects for Expired or Suspended Tasks Have an Incorrect "Submitted" Prefix (Doc ID 2674760.1)

When a task is Expired or Suspended, the task creator receives an email notification with the subject prefix "Submitted:", but when the task is Rejected, Approved, Withdrawn or Assigned the corresponding notification subject prefixes are correct.
