Newly created VMs unable to communicate via the Custom IPOIB Shared Networks in the same subnet range with a Pkey of "7001" .

Custom IPOIB Shared Network configuration was done by ACS according to the unpublished internal note Doc ID 2053547.1 to communicate other VMs between two or more VDC Accounts .Below image shows the Custom IPOIB Shared Network (IPoIB-10_254_xx_xx) created.
