This MOS Note applies to following Exalogic Linux Physical racks.

- 2.0.6.2.X Linux Physical racks with OL6 Compute Nodes
- 2.0.6.3.X Linux Physical racks with OL6 Compute Nodes

Symptoms

In Exalogic Linux Physical racks with running 2.0.6.2.X & 2.0.6.3.X PSU versions, Issue of OL6 Compute Nodes Hanging with "cpuidle_idle_call" & "intel_idle" error stack traces is seen.

Below are error messages seen in ILOM host console logs at the time of the OL6 Compute node hang.
