FA - Request to the content server GenericSoapPort responds with - 401 Unauthorized (Doc ID 2675583.1)

Goal

In Fusion Application (FA) a front end application is using and integration with the content server, aka UCM.

The SOA -UCM integration uses the GenericSoapPort.

The calls from SOA have recently been failing. the error reported in the response is:

Unable to invoke endpoint URI "https://<POD_NAME>.fa.<Data_Center>.oraclecloud.com:443/idcws/GenericSoapPort" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 401 Unauthorized
