Unable to select the Composite under workflow settings of the OIM Certification Definitions screen

When trying to select another SOA composite instead of the default one in the Certifications definitions screen.

When clicking on the search icon to display the available SOA composites getting error message as shown in the attached screenshot.

We have tried redeploying the SOA composites but with no success.
"for more information, search the server's error log for an entry containing this key: #1590099900001"
