Login is not working for the BPM Workspace once setting up front end host (Doc ID 2676507.1)

Symptoms

After configuring the BPM Workspace to use a front end host , such as Oracle HTTP Server or a Load Balancer, the login fails.  The screen may simply refresh or a message may display which shows an error message, "Invalid ID or password. Please try again"
