**** Issue in this MOS Note applies to only 2.0.6.4 Virtual racks and affects all 2.0.6.4.X Virtual release/PSU versions running with OVS/OVM 3.4.X

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.4.X racks, issue of Adding Dom0 Compute Node to OVS Pool Failing with Transport Endpoint Error is noticed. Below is error message which is seen in OVM Manager Admin Server log and OVM Job log from BUI console.
