OHS 12.2.x Fails to Start after Creating a New Wallet, with Error "WL SSL Init Failed For Server" (Doc ID 2677260.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start OHS, after creating a new wallet, the following error occurs in the OHS component log:


The issue was produced after replacing the existing wallet defined in the SSLWallet directive with a new wallet, created due to expired or changed CA Trusted Certificates.
