Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Deployment


EBS Database is upgraded from 12C to 19C, a new SOA composite is created to use the DB adapter to call a stored procedure against 19C EBS database, when clicking "Finish", the following error appears:

Error while writing wsdl file: xxx\TestdbReference.wsdl. Exception:
An error occurred while generating adapter artifacts.


The Messages-Log in JDeveloper shows

The wrapper procedure, xxxx could not be found in package, yyyy, for the
schema, APPS.

Changes

 EBS database is changed from 12C to 19C.
