Retention Start/Activation Date Not Updating with Current Date for New Check-ins or Revisions (Doc ID 2677466.1)

In WebCenter Content (WCC) using Records Management and Desktop Integration Suite, user has a retention policy set up for the Retention Start/Activation Date Field. The field should display the day after the current date, however, when check in of a new document the creation date of the folder is used.
