WLS Plugin Parameter "WLExcludePathOrMimeType" Causes HTTP-500 Errors after Enabling SSL for Apache (Doc ID 2678112.1)

Symptoms

After enabling SSL for Apache, the WLS Plugin parameter WLExcludePathOrMimeType is not working as expected.
The following error is seen:

HTTP-500

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Enable SSL for Apache.

2. Request the same URL.

3. Receive the error indicated.
