Accessing Reports Through the OHS SSL Port Fails with "The /reports/rwservlet was not found in this server" (Doc ID 2678150.1)

Terminating SSL at OHS:  Browser --> https --> OHS/mod_wl_ohs --> http --> WLS (Reports)

When accessing a report through the OHS SSL port using https://<host:<sslport>/reports/rwservlet, the following error is returned:

2.  The WebLogic Plugin was enabled at Domain Layer and Managed Server level in WLS Console (http://<server>:<admin_port>/console) as follows:

    a.  Domain Layer shows that the Domain > Configuration > Web Applications and the WebLogic Plug-In is checked.
    b.  Managed Server for Reports shows that Environment > Servers > Managed Server > Advanced and WebLogic Plugin shows as Yes.

3. OHS was restarted.
