How To Troubleshoot SSL/TLS Configuration Issues while Configuring ODI Elements with Certificates (Doc ID 2678165.1)

Purpose

 Goal is to guide the user to troubleshoot the errors encountered while configuring SSL within Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

 For this, it is necessary to keep in mind the following:

  1. Certificates are created by a Certificate Authority (CA) based on a Customer request.
  2. Some servers, will contained certificates created by openssl or a non-authorized CA.

This note will not substitute or indicate any steps to configure SSL within ODI. For further information on SSL and ODI, verify Administering Oracle Data Integrator documentation for your release, under Managing Security Settings.
