Managed Server Getting Disconnected from Admin Server Intermittently on Windows (Doc ID 2678283.1)

Symptoms

Managed server getting disconnected from Admin Server causing Admin Console to show health status as blank for the managed server on Windows machine. The issue was intermittent.
Following was observed in Admin Server logs:

There were no exceptions or errors observed in managed server logs.
