Symptoms

Multiple calls to RecommendationReader.readRecommendations() does not work.

When making multiple calls to RecommendationReader.readRecommendations() in a
Controller for different sets of Segments, it does not return the correct
results.

The resulting assets appear to be whatever the first call returned.
