"Invalid Subject: Principals" Error Running WLST Command for One Specific User (Doc ID 2678491.1)

Symptoms

For the newly created AD user XXXXX, in Admin Console some Server state is showing SHUTDOWN even though the server actual state is RUNNING.

Whenever a user access Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, some of the MBeans there are showing such message. Below error is observed as well:
