After applying the latest ADF MLR to the JDeveloper 220.127.116.11 install, various errors are seen. These can occur just after opening JDeveloper and have also been observed while creating a new composite. For example, while creating a new SOA Application with a BPEL process an error is thrown after the application and project are created – where instead of seeing the BPEL process dialog box – the error popup is shown:
The content in the error messages can vary – sometimes showing a message with “Cannot open bundle delegate” and listing various jars – but in all of the error messages, we see:
