On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

OTP Messages not received by users.


UMS not sending OTP messages to users.

An error occurred while processing an outbound message status.[[
oracle.sdpinternal.messaging.TransportException: Max number (10) of redeliveries reached, dropping.
