OAM 11g - OAM System Error When Login In Less Than 5 Minutes After Previous Logout - Caused By "Cache-Control" Directive

If the user Logout and try to Login again in less than 5 minutes from the previous Logout, OAM System Error is thrown ------> "System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."
If the user Logout and try again to login after more minutes (say 6 - 7 minutes), everything works OK and User can Login
Steps to reproduce:
- User Login
- User Logout
- In less than 5 minutes, User access the same Resource
- User is entering valid User and Password
- Blue screen OAM error is displayed
In the same time in OAM logs appears "OAM-02073" error :
