Symptoms
After starting Admin Server using nmStart, when trying to login into Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (FMWc), it just hangs after username/password and log file shows below details:
The problem is seen only in FMW 12.2.1.4 and does not reproduce in 12.2.1.3.0.
Changes
The FMW environment was upgraded from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0
