JPG Document Fails To Import With Capture Client and Java Heap Space Error Occurs (Doc ID 2681258.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload a specific JPG, with dimension of 9486 X 12518 2.5MB, to the WebCenter Enterprise Capture Client, the following error occurs:

Message:
 ice.driver.ImageCaptureDriverException: Error loading image file {C:\Users\[USER]\Desktop\[INV_NAME] - missing all characters.jpg}.
 Level:
