Control Numbers Are Not Getting Populated In Oracle B2B Reports (Doc ID 2681642.1)

Goal

PROBLEM STATEMENT


When the Translate option is set to off for a given Trading Partner Agreement (TPA)  B2B does not auto populate the EDI 846 control numbers:  Interchange control number, Group control number, and Transaction Set control number.

The control numbers are not seen in the Business Message Report in the B2B console nor are they in the message that is sent to the TP.

If the Translate option is turn on the Control Numbers are populated and are seen on the B2B console and are in the message that is sent to the TP.
