File to Netezza Function odiRef.getTable("FK_PK_TABLE_NAME") Shows Different Results in 11g Than in 12c (Doc ID 2682592.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to ODI 12.2.1.3.190415 it is observed that a mapping with File to Netezza using function odiRef.getTable("FK_PK_TABLE_NAME") returns a different value in ODI 12c than it did in ODI 11.1.1.9

Issue can be confirmed with the following steps
Run the mapping in simulation mode and compare the output for ODI 12c and 11g.
Notice the value attributed as FK_TABLE is different in ODI 12c than it was in 11g.
For example:

'TABLE_d' as FK_TABLE
vs
'TABLE_d_v' as FK_TABLE

Changes

Upgrade ODI 11.1.1.9 to ODI 12.2.1.3.190415
