Symptoms
Customer is running Web Verifier 11.1.1.9.0 on two windows 2008 servers. Both servers are running IIS 7.0 and are configured to host the Web Verifier application. Recently both servers have been placed behind a load balancer.
If running the Worldwide Web Publishing Service on one server at a time then everything works fine. However if both IIS servers are running an error is returned as soon as the browser connects to the Load Balander URL. The error appears as:
After retrying a few times it eventually lets the user in and displays an empty batch list (batches should be available).
