Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to upgrade,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System failure occurred. Contact your site administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded WCC and ADFUI
2. Error occurs at login


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use ADFUI.
