On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Transports

OSB 12.2.1.4 APPS Adapter Errors-ORA-04068: Existing State Of Packages Has Been Discarded

OSB Business Service Calling Stored Procedure through APPS Adapter Errors Out with, 'ORA-04068: Existing State Of Packages Has Been Discarded' frequently even though there are no changes in the package.

Stored procedure invocation error.
Error while trying to prepare and execute the APPS.XXX_BPEL_DETAILS.xxx_pub_pkg$read_bpel API.
Cause:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure "APPS.XXX_PUB_PKG"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.XXX_PUB_PKG"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.XXX_BPEL_DETAILS", line 593
ORA-06512: at line 1
