Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server
WCC Cluster performance hit 50% when starting Node 2 of a 9 node cluster. When stress testing one WCC instance it get 90TPS with response was less than 500ms and when the second node starts it gets 34TPS with response of more than 1900ms.
The customer has the Vault/~temp directory located in an OCFS2 directory.
