Content Server Profile Cleared On Full Update Form (Doc ID 2684241.1)

Symptoms

An item checked-in with a Content Server profile (value in xIdcProfile) and is then updated via content actions and Full Update is selected - the value in xIdcProfile is cleared out. User may or may not notice this and save file. Then when viewing content info screen the profile is no longer applied.

This has already been reported in bug 23072079 but is closed with status 91 - Closed, Could Not Reproduce
