Symptoms

Application throws following exception when trying to Initiate a Webservice Client call using CXF API to SOAP from WLS 12.2.1.3. The same application works as expected in WLS 12.1.3.

 Domain upgrade from WLS 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3
