Symptoms

It was observed that content type for response payload coming through pipeline was same as request payload going to inbound pipeline .

inbound request (Proxy): <http:Content-Type>multipart/related; type="text/xml"; </http:Content-Type>
outbound request (BS): <http:Content-Type>multipart/related;type="text/xml"</http:Content-Type>
outbound response (BS): <http:Content-Type>text/xml; charset=utf-8</http:Content-Type>
