Error - Cannot Find Service Manager At 'https://<server>:<port>' - With Status Code 500 (Doc ID 2685120.1)

Symptoms

In this particular case after installing OGG Microservices Architecture software, user was trying to setup Reverse Proxy, and doing so was encountering below error:

ogg@<server> <path_to>/lib/utl/reverseproxy> ./ReverseProxySettings -u <OGGUSER>-P <PASSWORD> -o ogg.conf https://<server>:<port>
Error - Cannot find Service Manager at 'https://<server>:<port>' - REST API call failed for 'https://<server>:<port>/services' with status code 500
