Goal

A customer reported that they are facing a possible federation related issue in Coherence 12.2.1.3.x federated cluster WebLogic domain. Applications have multiple caches defined and the application sees a high number of transactions. During peak time, they cleared one of the caches that resulted in a momentary request timeout on other accompanying caches. In the trace level logs they observed the following emitted by the SelectionService.
