Calling "tpinit()" Inside Tuxedo Application Server Makes "tmboot" To Hung/Stall (Doc ID 2685916.1)

Symptoms

In Tuxedo application, if the tpinit() is called from Tuxedo server, then the tmboot get stalled/hung. This causes entire Tuxedo application to get corrupted.

Issue can be reproduced following below steps:

 

Why calling tpinit() inside Tuxedo application server leads to stall/hung situation? How to fix above behaviour?
