Calling "tpinit()" Inside Tuxedo Application Server Makes "tmboot" To Hung/Stall

In Tuxedo application, if the tpinit() is called from Tuxedo server, then the tmboot get stalled/hung. This causes entire Tuxedo application to get corrupted.
