RACF Adv Connector 9.1.x: LDAP Gateway Logs Not Printed (Doc ID 2686189.1)

Symptoms

Using RACF Advance Connector 9.1x but LDAP Gateway logs not printed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install LDAP Gateway with JDK7 (By Connector Guide , LDAP Gateway requires JAVA 7 or above.)
2. Set loggers
rootLogger.level = ALL
3. Restart LDAP Gateway
4. No logs printed.

LDAP gateway logs also show the following error:
