Symptoms

Why the bigdata replicat throws the following warning message ?

2020-05-04 11:50:18 WARNING OGG-03014 Source column <column name> has more characters than target column <column name> can hold. Some source characters will not be mapped during conversion from source character set UTF-16 to target character set UTF-16LE.
